Driving plans are made on what can be seen, what cannot be seen, and the situation which may reasonably be expected
to develop as a result of those circumstances.
The purpose of the plan is to put you in the correct position on the road, travelling at the right speed and giving
you time to negotiate the hazard safely.
As the information you receive changes, so must your plan. In order to form a plan in the first place you must first use
your observation skills. If you cannot see the hazard or the possible hazard you cannot react to it.
